The Regional Alliance for Firefighter Training (RAFT) is hosting a 5 day company officer program. This program exceeds the requirements and training for fire office I and the principle of better bosses through education can be seen in all aspects of the program. This is the first level program in the company officer development series.
RAFT uses multiple instructors from its membership covering topics on leadership, communication, strategy, tactics, safety, and much more.
