Four Kids under the age of 6, Die in Tragic Fire
Texas Township Fire Department along with Oshtemo Township Fire Department responded to a tragic fire on Saturday morning. The heroic actions of responding firefighters saved the lives of 11 people.
The home which was not equipped with residential sprinklers was rented by the occupant and is a ranch style home. It appears that the occupant took down the smoke alarm because it was malfunctioning.
The Kalamazoo Corner’s office has indicated that the four children died of smoke inhalation.
